Many of our tours welcome participants with no prior experience. Each tour listing indicates the difficulty level. When in doubt, reach out and we will help you choose.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled tour. Cancellations within 72 hours may be eligible for rescheduling.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes, we can arrange private experiences for families, corporate groups, or special occasions. Contact us for custom pricing and availability.
What happens in bad weather?
Safety comes first. We monitor conditions closely and will reschedule or modify tours if conditions become unsafe. Light rain rarely stops our adventures.
